We also collect usage data from your interactions with the Services. We do not collect payment card data directly - payments are processed by third-party processors.

Cookies and tracking

This site may use analytics tools to understand site usage. If we use cookies, they are limited to functional and analytics purposes. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertising networks. We use privacy-focused analytics to understand site usage without compromising visitor privacy. No personal data is collected through analytics.

Third-party processors

We use third-party services to operate the platform, which may process your data as subprocessors under appropriate data processing agreements:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Cal.com (appointment scheduling)

How we use information

We use collected data to: provide and improve Services; respond to inquiries; send service communications; maintain security; and fulfill contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Healthcare data

If your account is configured for healthcare workflows, additional protections apply. Patient or client data processed through your use of the Services is governed by your service agreement and any executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). See our HIPAA & BAA Scope page.

Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA)

If you are a Virginia resident, you have rights to: access personal data we hold about you; correct inaccuracies; delete your data; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of any sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data). To exercise these rights, email support@nexusgate.tech with subject line "Virginia CDPA Request."

Data retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable law or contract.
