  • Website data: standard web analytics (pages visited, referral source, browser type) collected via server logs

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

4. SMS / Text Message Data (A2P 10DLC)

NexusGate collects phone numbers for the purpose of outbound calling and SMS communications related to B2B prospecting and appointment setting.

Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from NexusGate. Consent may be given verbally, via web form, or through business introduction. We maintain records of consent as required by A2P 10DLC and TCPA regulations.

Data Sharing

Phone numbers are shared only with our authorized SDR team and our telecommunications service providers for the purpose of message delivery. We do not sell, rent, or trade phone numbers to third parties.

Retention

Phone numbers and associated communication records are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months, or as required by applicable law. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor future opt-out requests.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and permanently. You may also email ervin@nexusgate.tech to opt out of all communications.

5. Call Recording & Monitoring

Calls between NexusGate representatives and prospects or clients may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. Where required by applicable law, participants will be notified at the start of a recorded call. Recordings are retained for up to 12 months.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: telecommunications carriers, CRM platforms, and analytics tools that help us deliver our services
  • Clients: summarized contact and qualification data as part of meeting handoffs (with consent)
  • Legal authorities: if required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption, access controls, and secure data storage.
